Lisa A. Rodenburg ( Formerly Totten)

Welcome to my personal website!

I am a Professor of Environmental Science at Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey.  I am an environmental organic chemist with 20 years of experience specializing in PCB fingerprinting and data mining.  I’m also interested in the fate and transport of organic chemicals in general.  I have published nearly 50 peer-reviewed papers on these subjects.

I have been teaching Environmental Organic Chemistry for many years.  In 2018, I finished a six-year tenure as Undergraduate Program Director for the Environmental Science major, and began a stint as the Graduate Program Director for Environmental Science.

I also do a bit of consulting.  I have worked for many clients, including the New York Academy of Sciences, the State of Washington, and the County of Spokane, WA.

In my spare time, I’m a mom, a wife, and a really, really bad gardener.
